ROLE

Reporting into the Commercial Director, this role will involve Technical commissioning, retailer customer on-boarding/approval as well as driving consistent improvements in an already strong Technical function.

• Leading BRC, Customer & 3rd party audits.
• Developing & implementing improved systems and processes in line with BRC & Customer COPs.
• Technical commissioning of new facilities.
• Management of Technical team, ensuring their continued development.

CANDIDATE

You will ideally come from a high risk food background with a track record of managing/driving growth and improvements within the technical arena. Retailer experience is desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a market leader that can offer excellent stability.
