We are looking for someone with minimum 5 years experience in a technical / quality role who has interacted with customers,
Duties in the role are all encompassing – we want someone to handle all queries for their customers, this includes:
• Manage the customer’s technical requirements by liaising with manufacturing sites.
• Monitoring and manage the internal systems for complaints, KPI’s and documentation flow.
• Drive the quality evaluation and consistency panels across all products within the business.
• Manage the specification requirements of customers.
• Working with the Commercial & NPD Teams to ensure products are safe, legal, authentic and meet quality standards.
• Supplier & customer visits and audits.
Salary around £45- £48k + bonus potential.
This is a hybrid working with circa 3 days per week in the office near to St Albans / Luton area.
