The Role and Main Responsibilities:
• Manage technical aspects such as Specifications
• Work to BRC accreditation and BRC Audit Standards
• Manage a team of QA’s
• Manage Hygiene on site
• Management of laboratory
• Make sure product quality is of the highest standard
• Support the HACCP and TACCP team
• Manage quality management system
• Lead internal audits
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
The Candidate:
• Internal auditing qualification
• Knowledge if Microbiology
• HACCP Level 3
• Food Safety Level 3
• Food manufacturing experience
