Technical Manager vacancy, based in the Midlands. £65-75k + bonus.

The Role
We need a strong leader, who knows what good looks like, and can bring the team in on this.
We need someone who can set clear expectations, and enforce them off the back of providing all the training and resource required
We need someone who partners cross-functionally, can foster strong internal relationships, however can also push the Technical agenda to the forefront of the sites’ mind.

This is a typical Technical Managers role, with 4 DRs – responsible for maintaining BRC AA* and strong retailer relationships, site accreditations/certifications, supplier assurance etc.

Mon-Fri, office hours. Site based.
