Position Overview:

As a Technical Manager at, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical excellence of our food production processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals and implementing best practices in quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
Develop and implement robust quality control and food safety programs.
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of HACCP, BRC, and other quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and products.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure product quality and safety.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, including customer complaints.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
Budget management related to the technical department.
Participate in new product development initiatives, offering technical guidance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a technical management role within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, BRC, and relevant industry regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
