I am currently recruiting a Technical Lead for my client who is well-established in the Food industry, based in Northamptonshire.
The Role and Main Responsibilities:
• Manage technical aspects
• Work to BRC accreditation and BRC Audit Standards
• Manage a team of QA’s
• Manage Hygiene on site
• Make sure product quality is of the highest standard
• Support the HACCP and TACCP team
• Manage systems
• Lead internal audits
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
The Candidate:
• Internal auditing qualification or achieved within 12 months of starting
• HACCP Level 3
• Food Safety Level 3
• Food manufacturing experience
What’s on Offer?
• A salary of £40,000-45,000 DOE
