Job Overview:

As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve our product standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of food safety and quality assurance processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with food safety regulations and industry standards. Ensure that all products and processes are in compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports and summaries as required.

Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to assess and improve the quality of raw materials. Conduct supplier audits and manage quality agreements.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement. Implement improvements and monitor their effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, R&D, and quality control teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Training: Train and educate staff on quality assurance processes, food safety practices, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality improvement.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and auditing experience is a plus.
