Job Description

Are you looking for the next step in your career? My client is a brilliant bakery business in Leicestershire and is looking for a Technical Co-Ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities, the perfect role for an aspiring Technical Manager!

Role:

Managing raw material and supplier information, including approval of new suppliers

Managing the internal audit schedule

Complete monthly KPI reports, summarising issues and trends

Complete pre-launch document checks and handover products to production

Attend trials and report back any concerns to Technical team

Investigate customer complaints and work collaboratively with production to identify root cause

Skills:

Managed QAs

Approval of raw materials and suppliers

Interpretation of specs

Food safety L3

HACCP

Experience in a similar role

Internal auditng
