The Role:
• Developing, assisting and managing Quality Assurance systems to achieve a BRC Grade A certification.
• Ensuring all HACCP, GMP’s, sanitation preventive controls and food safety standards are met.
• Conducting operational & pre-operational food and safety related and sanitation inspections, including micro sampling, inspection of cleanliness of equipment to verify the effectiveness of sanitation activities.
• Acting and investigating in response to negative micro and Shelf-Life data to drive improvement.
The Candidate:
• Experience within Technical or relevant positions within Manufacturing.
• IT Skills – Excel, Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, Hard-Working, Hands On & Committed.
• Degree Qualified (desirable)
