Your primary responsibility will be to support the technical team in ensuring the safety, quality, and legality of a diverse range of products under our brands.

Specific tasks include:

Securing all necessary certifications (Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO, etc.) for relevant products and production sites.
Maintaining essential data sources, including product and ingredient testing schedules, supplier risk assessments, and product and supplier certifications.
Coordinating lab analysis of samples as part of the product monitoring and shelf life protocols, and summarizing the results.
Troubleshooting sample registration and lab analysis invoicing issues while maintaining strong relationships with external partners such as laboratories and certification bodies.
Preparing technical KPI reports, identifying data trends, and effectively communicating findings to the technical teams.
Ensuring accurate specifications for raw materials and finished products are meticulously kept and maintained.
Assisting marketing and commercial teams by providing ad-hoc technical data requests.
Collaborating with customer service teams and suppliers to address customer complaints and investigate non-conformances.
Assisting the technical teams in gathering data for supplier visits and audit preparations.
Supporting the organization, setup, and summary of data from quality panels and shelf life testing of new and existing products.

Desirable skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computers, with particular experience in building Excel dashboards.
Knowledge of lab portals and SAP is advantageous.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with HACCP and food safety principles.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Initiative to identify improvement opportunities and drive change.
Self-motivated with a genuine desire to learn and develop professionally.
