About our client
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join this family orientated food business, where you will be responsible for managing the technical function of the site to ensure the business is producing safe products which complies with all relevant legislation.
About the job
As Technical Manager you will be the primary contact for all technical matters within the business. You will manage internal audits, host BRC, management of supplier and ingredient approvals, lead a HACCP team and more.
The ideal candidate
This role would suit a Technical Manager with experience working for a food manufacturer or within a chilled manufacturing environment or maybe you are currently an Assistant Technical Manager looking for your first Technical Manager role. You must also have excellent communication skills that will enable you to liaise effectively with a customer base. Experience in BRC inclusive of the upcoming new version and experienced leading & managing a team.
