ROLE
Purpose
To provide professional, effective and efficient administrative support to the technical and QA function at the site. Develop an effective and harmonious relationship with customers, suppliers and colleagues. To carry out key tasks in line with business requirements to ensure quality systems are compiled with.
Key responsibilities
To maintain & enhance relationships with all personnel across all departments
To ensure that complaints from customers and local authorities are recorded, logged, investigated and responses sent or submitted on relevant supplier websites within required timescales. Complaint communication.
Filing and retrieval of documentation
To provide support to ensure generation of technical/ quality data (tabular and graphical) for submission to all customer and site KPI’s within required timescales
Compiling all retailer KPI reports and site management reports
To manage and adapt relevant spreadsheets
To support the production teams and other departmental functions in resolving quality issues, primarily at goods intake on raw materials
Preparing monthly internal audit packs, sending reminders to relevant people, doing internal audits
Update daily export documentation
Complete delivery artwork checks to ensure packaging delivered is correct
Managing document control database. Issuing updated/ new documents to the appropriate departments.
To manage & raise purchase order numbers
To manage consumables within department
CANDIDATE
The role is 90% office based and as such you will have strong computer skills and you will be competent with Excel. You will have a proven track record working in Technical within the Food Manufacturing sector. Hands on QA experience would be desirable.
Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5pm
