Responsibilities
• Create and organise presentations in PowerPoint.
• Use Excel to gather information from various sources
• BRC Administration, SharePoint, updating specifications, and testing schedules.
• Manage barcode allocation and datalogger information.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Calibrate and track thermometers.
• Liaise with delivery and courier companies for the transportation of Lab Samples
• Provide technical support to all departments in collaboration with the technical team.
• Handle complaints about raw and cooked products, including communicating corrective actions with suppliers and customers.
• Chasing, collating, and uploading information to web applications.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Organise international travel arrangements for the technical department.
Requirements
• 2 + years of administration experience
• Experience working within FMCG/Food Manufacturing
• Accuracy with attention to detail with data
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organisation and Communication skills
• Willing to learn and develop.
• Flexible approach.
