Job Title: Technical Assistant
Hours: Monday – Friday (office hours)

• Updating documents on company QMS
• Non-Conformances investigating and reporting.
• Management of product specifications.
• Product quality testing and completing sensory reports.
• internal audits
• Involvement in HACCP team meeting and BRC audit preparation.
• Customer Technical enquires and complaints.
• A Food Science or similar qualification (Desirable)
• Quality/Technical experience within the food manufacturing industry
• Experience with customer product specifications and supplier questionnaire.
• HACCP Qualified (Desirable)
