Job Title: Technical Assistant
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £25k-£27k
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00

Responsibilities:
•Administrative tasks, making specification templates, organising supplier performance reviews observing nutritional data, reporting sustainability performance, checking allergens and labelling.
•Handle non-conformance in product data, investigate and resolve customer complaints taking guidance from superiors.
•Support the development of the QMS, contributing to completing reports efficiently and correctly.
•Ensure compliance with all product information/data.
The Candidate:
•Food science/tech degree or equivalent high education
•Must have worked with spreadsheets (pivot tables, v-lookups), strong IT skills and data analytical skills.
•Be a good problem solver, able to use own initiative and be able to find best way to do something.
