Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers and customers, managing their accounts and addressing their needs and inquiries.
Coordinate and monitor the entire order process, from product sourcing and pricing negotiations to logistics and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain technical product information, including specifications, certifications, and compliance documents.
Conduct regular quality and compliance checks on incoming and outgoing products, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries related to product specifications, usage, and handling.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and timely resolution of issues.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and market developments, sharing relevant information with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience working for agents and brokers in the food industry is essential
Strong technical knowledge of food products, including ingredients, specifications, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
