Client

I am working with an exceptional client of mine who are established and highly regarded within the industry. My client strives for excellence and is looking to add a supply planner to the team of 6. This role will lead to a management role as internal growth and progression is key to success within the business.

Package

Job: Supply planner
Salary: €44,000 – €55,000
Shift: Monday to Friday (on site 5 days)
Location: Cork

Role

•Maintain a master supply plan for all products in SAP which meets medium and long term commercial and operational objectives
•Maintain a master supply plan for enzyme fermentation which balances demand with available capacity in the network including TPM's and other Kerry enzyme plant
•Develop strategies to resolve identified gaps and variances between demand and supply
•Manage and proactively communicate supply status and critical supply chain metrics to Site, Central and Commercial stakeholders
•Identify and understand trends in performance and identify opportunities for improvement
•Provide the data to support S&OP Supply reviews, run the S&OP Supply call, document actions and follow up on actions with owners

Requirements/Experience

•Supply chain experience with a knowledge of Supply Planning and other aspects including Master Scheduling, Forecasting, Demand Planning and S&OP.
•Ideally experience of planning in a pharmaceutical environment, or where complexity would be deemed medium to high (Multi-level BOM structure, reliance on external manufacturing (TPM, other plant within network)
•Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline required
•Experience with ERP systems & Supply Chain Planning Systems (Kinaxis, SAP APO etc)
