Client
I am working with an exceptional client of mine who are established and highly regarded within the industry. This role will be reporting into the site manager with 3 direct reports. The ideal candidate will be hands on with a strong desire to grow within the business.
Package
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Location: Stirlingshire
Benefits: Up to 10% matched pension
Role
Manage the site capacity model referring to changes in forecast, demand and plant performance
Management and delivery of agreed Supply Chain KPI's and process compliance with 1Kerry WOW and to drive process improvement to best practice.
Manage the global supply into Kerry hubs and maintain excellent communication with functional contacts and key customers
Manage the complaints process to a satisfactory conclusion using the defined process linking in with appropriate functions using RCCA methodology
Manage and develop the internal S&OP process.
Review plan changes with the management team
Requirements/Experience
Degree level educated
Supply chain qualification is desirable
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and working with SAP in a manufacturing context
