Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Norfolk

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Coordinator in this role will be responsible for ensuring efficient customer order processing, resolving inquiries, and providing accurate data to support the broader supply chain operations. This position will involve collaboration with various internal departments and external stakeholders. The Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate ERP data and contributing to continuous process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales order processing, addressing issues and queries promptly.
Facilitate bookings for deliveries and re-bookings for failed deliveries.
Maintain customer data in the ERP system and manage orders for clearance stock.
Handle customer queries, adhering to reporting systems for order amendments.
Build and maintain relations with customer accounts to ensure high service levels.
Oversee stock transfers to dispatch sites and maintain daily 3PL site reporting.
Support stock control and replenishment to 3PL locations based on forecasts.
Prepare and distribute stock-related reporting as needed.
Take ownership of service level reports, trend analysis, and root cause identification.
Collaborate with various departments to address service issues.
Maintain accurate data and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Knowledge of supply chain operations (preferably in the food industry).
