My client is a brilliant bakery business in West London and is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to prioritize their workload and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Role:
Support Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial team functions with administrative processes and reporting.
Accurate maintenance of customer data, pricing and contracts.
Resolution of customer queries that require deeper investigation.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer billing process, ensure timely resolution of delivery and invoicing queries.
Prepare delivery non-conformance reports and investigate trends and implement solutions.
Assist with export administration and associated document preparation.
Be responsible for managing maintenance of customer master data within ERP.
Assist with preparation of supply chain/ customer care KPI data for monthly internal meetings.
Skills:
Proven experience of working in a high-pace environment. Ideally a background in Admin, Secretarial or Finance
Great time management to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
Proven experience of working autonomously and ability to prioritize workload.
Experience managing customer data, orders, invoices and/or billing through an ERP system
