Job Title – Customer Servicer Supervisor (Order Processing)
Location – Bolton
Salary – £28,000 – £31,000 + £6,000 bonus (Company wide bonus)

Key responsibilities
– To supervise the customer service and order processing team
– Support and provide feedback to improve quality standards
– Learn the business and the market to support your proffess
– To demonstrate an ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
– Basic training on Order Processing to assist in busy times if required
– Learn the business and the industry to assist with your future growth
Profile
– Customer service / Sales Advisor Supervisor / Team Leader Experience
– Excellent communication skills.
– Strong management / leadership skills
– Ambitious
– Proactive and capable of working individually as well as part of a wider team.
– Organised, logical and methodical
