**Social Media Executive – Interior Furnishings**
Our client is a strong performing, internationally recognised company, who are seeking a Social Media Executive to join their team. This role will be responsible for creating lead generation and customer retention by producing high quality email and social media content to customers. Our client produces high quality, innovative interior furnishings, and pride themselves on delivering an amazing client centred service.
You will be posting content, running campaigns, and responding to the analytical data to improve results on campaigns. The key focus is around increasing website traffic from social media posts and email campaigns, improve engagement on social media platforms, and work closely with the team to improve the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase the volume of quality website traffic via social and email (quantified)
• Grow reach and engagement levels across all our social channels.
• Work with Web Designer to follow (enhance and advise) customer journey to CTA completions, specifically leads generated via social and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with 3rd parties to increase reach and enhance credibility.
• Review and identify ways to improve and stay current.
• With support from the wider team create a library of content collateral, including images, copy and video for social channels and email marketing.
• Work with our design and development teams to ensure all new product collections are communicated internally (first) and externally (second) by the launch date.
• Create engaging emails that support lead generation and advocacy campaigns.
• Own the customer database ensuring fit for purpose for email and applying segmentation principles, on both functional and behavioural attributes.
• Create automated campaigns within CRM, monitoring behavioural responses to improve outcomes.
• Collecting and analysing data on social channels and email campaigns to improve performance.
• Prepare monthly report on social and eshot performance, including audience growth, lead generation and conversion.
Ideal Candidate must haves:
• Success in improving audience reach within a Social Media Exec/Asst/Mgr role
• Self-motivated with an appetite for learning
• A creative mindset and innovative approach to marketing
• Proficient user of social channels – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc; and broadcast tools – e.g. Hubspot.
• Understands how to produce and interpret data analytics to improve performance, quality and customer experience
• Create engaging emails and content to achieve the desired outcomes
Location – Burnley, Blackburn, Accrington, Preston, Oldham, Rochdale, Hebden Bridge
Package – £30,000-32,000
