Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity as HR/ Payroll Assistant within a growing food manufacturer based in Park Royal London. Initially this role will be for maternity cover position, however for the ideal candidate this will be a permanent position.

Main responsibilities
• To support the finance director in all HR, Payroll and Administrative matters
• Through the use of sage to update the companies finance records
• To liaise with the companies external accountant advisors and auditors
• To ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements
• To sure that all HR databases are kept up to date (holiday spreadsheet)
• To provide administrative support for the HR consultant

The Person

• Previous HR experience (ideally within a fast paced team environment)
• Knowledge of HR systems – in particular Sage
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• A quick learner and capable of working in a pressurised environment
