The Site Reliability and Regional PM Lead will be a brand new role for the business, and it will report into a Plant Director but also have a direct link into the supply chain programme director with responsibilities across the European sites. There is still lots to challenge the incoming person, you must be able to take employees on the journey with you and effectively manage change. You will have to teach, develop and coach individuals, teams and sites along the way.

We are open to looking at candidates who have a varies level of experience, but these are some of the must haves below.

• Food or FMCG manufacturing experience
• Have run a PM Pillar or at least 3-5 years working and developing in this field.
• Be able to demonstrate your maintenance reliability and excellence credibility.
• Strong engineering credentials and that can be apprenticeship, graduate or degree qualified.

The role will have a high level of UK travel and you could be expected to be away from home 3-4 days per week. There is a site based commutable from the Home counties region but also there is a site in the North West of England, so candidates in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and the Yorkshire counties should apply. Package circa £70-£85,000 plus bonus, car allowance and pension are available.
