This business is UK privately owned and has a huge share of the UK marketplace. You will know some of their household brands.

The Site Engineering Manager will report into the Operations Director, and you will be the driving force behind the sites improvements across equipment, employees and process.

With the site looking to expand its capacity and product portfolio that will come with its challenges from an engineering perspective but also make it very exciting.

We are open to looking at candidates from a range of food manufacturing backgrounds, but these are some must haves below.

• You will need to have worked within a Food environment and be able to demonstrate running a engineering team successfully during that period.
• We are looking for someone who strives for the perfect production environment, you will look for no accidents, zero defects and a real value for customers.
• Be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to engineering but also be able to manage the teams with a level of empathy whilst inspiring everyone to achieve high levels of performance.
• Someone who has worked within a chilled factory would be advantageous.

This vacancy will be commutable from Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Package on offer will be in the range of £75,000- £80,000.
