Shift Pattern: Panama – days and nights
Salary: c£44,000 per annum + 10% matched pension

Role and Responsibilities: As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of our equipment and machinery. Your primary duties will include:
• Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and breakdowns.
• Conducting troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborating with the production team to optimize machinery performance and productivity.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Recording and documenting maintenance activities and reporting any major concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to handle various equipment and machinery.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including days and nights.
