Position: SHEQ Co-ordinator
Package: £32,000

Shift: Monday – Friday

My client is part of a global company who aim to help combat climate change. With cutting-edge technologies and exciting projects underway, this company is on the verge of rapid expansion. In order to continue development and company growth, they are in search for a SHEQ coordinator who can assist in implementing safety and environmental changes on site.

Role:

• Ensure site compliance against SHEQ policy, through monitoring and auditing, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all accidents are notified to SHEQ Manager as they occur, but no later than 24 hours for minor incidents.
• Support SHEQ Manager in the investigation of accidents/incidents/near misses.
• Support SHEQ Manager with completing Risk Assessments, e.g. Manual handling, COSHH, Fire prevention, Working at Heights etc…

Experience and understanding of health & safety and environmental legislation
Risk Assessments
Site inspections and investigations
Ability to interpret SHEQ-related legislation.
