Senior Technical Account Manager (Beauty/Cosmetics)

I'm currently working with a global company looking to add a Senior Technical Account Manager (Beauty/Cosmetics) to their team.
This role will be the main point of contact for client accounts and manager communication betwen the client and internal teams.
To be the main point of contact for all aspects of scheduling, organising service delivery, monitoring accounts and invoicing.
Manages Account communication lines (mailbox, phones, diary etc.)
To maintain excellent customer service and communication with the key accounts.
Coordinate directly (and pro-actively) with the client in reaction to projects, questions, concerns, data or confusion
To progress the Account projects daily/weekly to ensure progression, identifying potential delays, missing data, and issues.
Understands the project requirements.
To give the Account weekly progress updates on all the live projects
To chase missing data from manufacturers and suppliers when applicable to ensure project progress
To understand, and work to, the Accounts deadlines and critical path milestones to enable better project management
To host regular calls with the Account to assess their needs
To identify new business opportunities
