Location: Saudi Arabia (Relocation Required)

Salary: Over £100,000 Tax-Free

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success and expansion of the business

Job Description:

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our engineering operations. Your role will be instrumental in driving excellence in the food manufacturing sector, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring effective operation and maintenance of the manufacturing facility.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to optimize production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and execution.
Manage the budget for engineering projects and resources effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in food manufacturing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field / Advanced degree preferred. We will still consider a minimum Level 3 qualification
Proven experience in senior engineering management within the food manufacturing industry.
Expertise in implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must be open to relocating to Saudi Arabia.
Compensation and Benefits:
