My client is a leading Asian food manufacturing brand in the UK and is dedicated to bringing authentic and delicious culinary experiences to households across the nation. As they continue to expand our digital presence, they are seeking a talented Digital Brand Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team and drive innovative digital marketing strategies that connect with their audience and elevate their brand in the digital space.

Based in London, the Senior Digital Marketing Executive works within marketing team and reports to the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager. This role is expected to assist and manage all my client’s eCommerce & digital channels as well as the brand’s paid media investments across UK & Europe.
The successful candidate will work closely with the brand and product marketing, PR and Sales to achieve our ambitious goal for business growth in the Europe zone. The candidate will direct the strategy, planning and deployment best practices across the e-commerce channels to achieve business objectives. The role requires a native user and expert in the ecosystem of e-commerce channels and paid media, as well as rich experience in managing multiple international media agencies.
The candidate would examine various efficient ways of advertising or marketing companies' using different digital channels to optimize conversion rate. You are about to produce customized digital marketing policies, recommend revisions to existing strategies, and recognize opportunities to improve customer engagement & retention across different channels including but not limited to my client’s D2C, Amazon, online retailers, etc.

You will have experience working in a technically focused role ideally within an Ecommerce or online retail role. You will have knowledge of the fundamentals of how Ecommerce websites are delivered and maintained, and the systems and tools present within an Ecommerce stack. This position requires a highly proactive individual with solid knowledge of digital platforms and eCommerce knowledge, and experience in understanding how to entail product differentiation, demand creation and build loyalty schemes. The candidate should have a self-starter with business acumen, preferably with one or two FMCG big brands under his/her belt. The candidates must also have a genuine interest in cooking.

• Proven commercial experience in developing successful eCommerce platforms which deliver results.
• Extensive experience in working on new functionality development; from scoping requirements through to implementation.
• Continued experience in working in diverse teams, with the ability to positively engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working with Shopify would be ideal.
• Understanding different market segments; their needs, wants and behaviours.
• Keen interest in the latest eCommerce/Digital trends in the marketplace.
• A problem solver with a passion for all things digital, and a desire to learn and grow as part of a team.
• Able to build strong relationships with colleagues across the regional sales organisations as well as at Group in a complex, matrix environment.
• Ability to seek-out opportunities for improvement, understand the impact and present to multiple audiences in a compelling way, which drives action.
• Highly commercial outlook with exceptional problem solving, influencing and people skills.
Qualifications:
• Proven commercial experience in developing successful eCommerce platforms which deliver results.
• Extensive experience in working on new functionality development; from scoping requirements through to implementation.

• Understanding different market segments; their needs, wants and behaviours.
• Keen interest in the latest eCommerce/Digital trends in the marketplace.
• A problem solver with a passion for all things digital, and a desire to learn and grow as part of a team.
• Ability to seek-out opportunities for improvement, understand the impact and present to multiple audiences in a compelling way, which drives action.
• Highly commercial outlook with exceptional problem solving, influencing and people skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with strong digital background, preferably with a track record of e-commerce-based roles.
• Candidates must be a native user of Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify.
• Experience in dealing with; multiple DSPs, Ad servers, Adops trafficking and Creative troubleshooting.
• Experience in running paid media across META, Google, TikTok
• Educated to Literature, Communication or Marketing degree level or equivalent.
• Highly sensitive to new trends and being able to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
• Good Language Skills – Must be fluent in English. Other European language skills will be an advantage.
• Mandarin/Cantonese skill is a must
• Experience in managing multiple agencies.
• Good Writing, Editing and Written Communication Skills
• Good presentation skills
• FMCG or Food & Beverage background will be an advantage.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically, execute on projects, meet deadlines
