Reporting to the Marketing lead this will take on all brand management responsibilities, Some headline duties include:
• Supported by the Category Manager you will use consumer insights to build a marketing strategy that will engage consumers and drive brand growth.
• Lead the brand plan
• Lead the NPD team to deliver new innovation.
This is a great opportunity for some to work with a premium quality food brand with multiple product and brand launches and full ownership of those processes including artwork, agency management, project management and customer relationships.
I need experience of brand marketing in FMCG or ideally food into retail for this role.
Salary circa £50-55k + bonus
The business have fully embraced working from home and this role can work from anywhere but a home location in the south east would work best for head office, agency and factory visits.
