A long-standing family-feel food business are looking to appoint a Sales Desk Administrator to manage their customer queries.
West Yorkshire – Office based.
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Take telephone customer orders
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (procurement, hauliers etc) to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Manage contract balances and raise invoices
