Incredible and rare opportunity to join the business alongside a new Rewards VP tasked with establishing improved rewards processes, systems and policies.
We are looking for an FMCG Rewards candidate with the right sort of character – you will need to navigate a developing rewards function, hold your own with senior and often conflicting stakeholders and flip between being operationally-minded and thinking about numbers.
You will have a lot of support within this role, making it the perfect role to step up into a Head of/Regional Lead position.
