Our client is a successful drinks manufacturer with an exciting and innovative product range. Their business is very dynamic and they are experiencing excellent growth, supplying quality products across the UK and internationally.
In partnership we are seeking to appoint a Regulatory and Legal Affairs Manager to join their business.
To ensure the business are always on inline with all legal and regulatory requirements.
To provide an approval authority for changes to packaging or other published materials
To field any legal issues and manage the flow (and cost) to our external legal advisors.
To own the businesses Policies and keep them and a risk register current
To stay current with changes to regulations that pertain to soft drinks / tonics & ensure our range remains ahead of future changes.
To lobby on issues that are likely to impact us in the future via the BSDA and other bodies
Legal or Secretarial training (not necessarily qualified)
Clear thinker, positive leader
Eye for the detail and an ability to challenge at all levels
People-person, relationship builder
Curious nature, keen to anticipate changes
Educated to degree standard
Legal training or qualification (part or full)
Company secretariat training (part or full)
