As a leader in their field this organisation is a hugely successful brand who has seen unprecedented growth year on year in the EMEA region.
As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you will be leading your team of 9 sales representatives across London, M25/ Greater London, West Sussex, Kent & Essex.
This role will see you;
• Build and develop your team, ensure set targets are met.
• Through effective leadership increase the distribution of range of products to more retailers
• Working closely with your director to plan and implement new product distribution
• Attended customer visits with your team.
YOUR SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role you will need;
• Prior experience managing a field based FMCG sales team
• Strong training & development skills – People skills
• Experienced with scaled activations of brands in retail stores
• A thorough understanding of the GB soft drinks market
If successful, this position will be you working 4 days on the road and 1 from office or home. The salary is up to £37,000.00 + 10% car allowance + up to 15% bonus.
