Job Description

You are probably a QA Supervisor or Auditor in the UK food manufacturing industry already, most likely you are happiest when in the factory and you definitely excel at building working relationships with factory staff.

The real measure of success here wouldn't just be by the improvements you made to systems and procedures, or the training you rolled out across the site; but by how often you are asked for advice or assistance by other members of staff - this would be the real yardstick to how much of an impact you have made in the business.

Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM, on site 5 days per week.
£30,000 - £35,000
13% pension
5% bonus
34 days holiday (including statutory days)
