About Company
We are looking for a Quality Technologist to join a leading international Food and Beverages manufacturer based in Kent.
About role
Shift pattern – 4on /4 off
6.00am-6.00pm
Reports to – Quality Supervisor
Responsibilities
• Manage all documentation that relates to supplier/ service provider approvals.
• Conduct induction training and obtain relevant documentation for all new employees. This will also include managing and updating employee training records.
• Reviewing and updating relevant hygiene documentation.
• Taking part in periodic technical/HACCP review meetings.
• Generate daily production plans from information provided by the factory manager aswell as generate new product recipes.
• Conduct internal audits in accordance with the company internal audits schedule.
Qualification and skills
• Knowledge of technical and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles
• Food Related Degree
• Analytical skills: Interpret information provided by the factory manager to generate daily production plans.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards: Understanding of relevant hygiene regulations and guidelines.
• Organizational skills: Ability to efficiently manage and maintain various types of documents related to supplier/service provider approvals.
