Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of Food safety and quality? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities:
•Implementation, management, and development of Food Safety and Quality Management systems
•Coordinating and managing all regulatory, customer, and third-party audits and inspections.
•Supplier evaluation and approval in line with established procedures and specifications.
•Raw material evaluation and approval based on food safety and sustainability standards.
•Maintenance and continuous monitoring of quality system databases.
•Development, scheduling, and completion of internal audit programs, ensuring corrective actions are followed up and completed.
•Delivery of safety training programs, ensuring staff competence in producing safe and compliant finished products.
•Participation in the maintenance, development, and review of the HACCP program.
•Identifying non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventative measures.

Laboratory Responsibilities:
•Overall management of laboratories, including human resources and work routines.
•Implementation and maintenance of laboratory quality control programs.
•Monitoring and maintenance of laboratory data, ensuring robust sampling plans and compliance with regulations.
•Checking accuracy of laboratory data and circulation of results.
•Conducting product analysis using prescribed methodologies during holiday cover.

Skills & Competencies:
•Science/Food Science Qualification.
•Technical or Quality experience in food or feed manufacturing.
•HACCP/Food Safety Management systems knowledge.
•Experience in implementing and managing QMS.
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
