Job Description
Our client are a leading chilled food manufacturer looking for a Quality Auditor for their site based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader as well as be trained and gain experience with a renowned company.
The candidate:
• Should have HACCP understanding.
• Food manufacturing experience
• Understanding/experience with auditing
• Food Safety Understanding/certification
• Willing to work in a quick thinking and fast paced environment.
The role:
• Carrying out root cause analysis
• Completing and investigating customer complaints
• Ensuring independent process and product checks are completed in each area according to the schedule
• Play active role in auditing.
• To maintain and meet the analysis schedule for using the appropriate systems and sampling
• To understand and implement the Allergen awareness, procedures, and controls
The salary is Circa £23,000 – £26,000
