Do you possess strong leaderships skills and a key eye for detail? My client are in search for a highly qualified Quality Health and Safety Environmental manager to join their team.

As the QSHE, you will play an important role in ensuring that the manufacturing sites are meeting the highest standards of health and safety whilst also complying with relevant regulations. This role is Predominantly based in Buckinghamshire, however this will require occasional travel to Kent to visit other sites (company car provided for travel).

Obtain, and then maintain, BRCGS grade A or better certification
Develop and coordinate execution of company’s internal and external audit programme
Provide staff training in root cause analysis and problem solving techniques
Provide guidance and information to management and employees on QSHE legislation and general QSHE matters.
Identify employee development and training needs relating to QSHE
Key Skills

Nebosh certificate or equivalent
Manufacturing experience (ideal)
Demonstrable examples of safety, quality and hygiene related process improvements
Shift: Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

Salary: £40,000-50,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-time
