Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level QHSE Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of their operations. You will assist their experienced Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team in implementing and maintaining effective safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in QHSE within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the QHSE team to develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, analysing root causes and recommending preventive measures.
• Support the implementation of training programs to enhance employee awareness of safety protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QHSE activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QHSE processes and systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Strong passion for safety, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards will be an advantage.
