The role:
• Maintaining supplier approval and specification of products
• Updating and maintaining the quality management systems
• Insuring internal and external food safety or customer audit requirements are met
Assisting with BRC audits
• Maintenance of the Food Safety audit

The candidate:
• Should have some knowledge of BRC
• Food safety and HACCP certified
• Understanding/experience with specifications
• Experience with HACCP and Food Safety auditing
• Should have experience with supplier approval

The Salary circa £40,000
