Job Description
My client is a leading Bakery and snack manufacturer looking for a night shift Quality Auditor for their site based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business as well as enhance your skills and experience.
The candidate:
• Should have HACCP certification
• Understanding/experience with auditing
• Food Safety Understanding/certification
• Previous experience in an Ambient food environment desirable
The role:
• Carrying out root cause analysis
• Completing and investigating customer complaints
• Ensuring independent process and product checks are completed in each area according to the schedule
• Ensure Shelf-life samples are collected accurately and tested at end of life
• Play active role in 3rd party and customer audits (present information to the auditor)
• An understanding of the Bakery and snack HACCP system
• To maintain and meet the analysis schedule for using the appropriate systems and sampling
• To understand and implement the Allergen awareness, procedures, and controls
The salary is Circa £28,000
