My client are looking for a Purchasing Manager to oversee, and take responsibility for, the UK operations and distribution to mainland Europe.
The Purchasing Manager will be a key influence in the success of the business’ European performance; liaising and negotiating with third party suppliers to focus on savings, rather than spending. The business will be relying on this person to make big decisions that will maintain and improve the already high standards.
As this is a senior role and we expect to have a good range of candidates I want to state the must haves:
Buying experience within – Packaging, Beverages, Snacks, Baker or Dry Food Ingredients
Experienced Purchasing Manager with proven success with cost savings and negotiations
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably within food/drink
Highly ambitious approach to their career
This role is based in Buckinghamshire - commutable from Aylesbury, Middlesex, Oxford, High Wycombe and the surrounding area.
