ROLE

Reporting to the Production Manager, responsibilities will be as follows:

o To ensure the safety & quality of all products and services
o To supervise the efficient operation of production across all 3 production units.
o To work and liaise with QA manager for adherence of QMS, policies and procedures.
o To train assistants in manufacturing to Company standards
o To meet set KPI’s for service level, waste, efficiency, GMP, QMS, etc
o To coordinate with the team leaders effectively and ensure production plans are met in a timely manner.
o To understand, implement & challenge if necessary, the daily plans with Production Manager & Planner.
o To consult with Production Manager & Operations Manager before implementing change
o To maintain & improve product attributes

CANDIDATE

You will have previous experience leading a team in production within the Food Manufacturing sector. You may come from any Food background, more important will be your ability to lead by example. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that has been resilient to the COVID climate.
