Key responsibilities
Schedule the production process and departmental activities relating to material, employee, and equipment availability
Ensure the production plan is optimised to reach best value whilst meeting the required service level for the business
Monitor production process, workflow, and schedules to ensure ontime delivery (ATP Attainment To Plan)
Resolve production, manpower and material shortage problems quickly in an order of priority
Review production specifications, identify, and report plant capacity constraints
Work with managers to develop potential solutions to improve production performance
Communicate the plans with Engineering for routine equipment maintenance and repairs to avoid outages and during production process
Lead daily meetings with Planning/Production teams
Control of WIP and lead a weekly review meeting

Previous production planning experience within a fast paced environment
Proactive mentality
Solid IT skills
