My client is a fantastic family run business dating back to the 18th century. This is an exceptional, team orientated establishment who are in search of a production manager to join their team.

Role:

– Support the team in the implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to ensure required standards of work are met
– Provide on the job coaching to ensure efficiency targets are achieved and exceeded
– Ensure the culture of continuous improvement is maintained and developed in the Retail factor
– Be familiar with the company’s Health and Safety Programme and carry it out effectively
– Ensure Yield targets are achieved by mass balance, Using trend reports and live data ensure that product giveaways are in line with cost targets

Must be:

– Food manufacturing experienced
– motivated and enthusiastic
– Target driven

Salary: £47,000
