I am currently recruiting a Quality Manager for my client who is well-established in the Food industry, based in Lincolnshire.
The Role and Main Responsibilities:
• Direct to the technical manager with implementation of HACCP and Food safety procedures
• Manage the Quality Management Systems
• Develop a high performing team
• Improve and drive the sites quality performance
• Responsibility for all non-conformances
• Ensure the site is always audit ready
• Manage the quality and receipt of Raw materials
• Monitoring of CCP’s and temperature records
• Carrying out Hygiene Audits
• Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly GMP Audits, raising non-conformances and following up the Non-conformances
• Carrying out internal HACCP
• Delivering Food safety & Health & safety training
• Checking finished product quality
• Investigating customer complaints and respond to them appropriately
• Conducting internal audits
The Candidate:
• Food science or related degree or good experience in the food industry
• Internal auditing ability
• HACCP Level 3
• Level 3 Food Safety
• Food manufacturing experience
• Quality management experience or looking to step into this role
