NPD Project Manager
Very exciting opportunity for a big step up in the FMCG industry! This role is brand new to the team due to their explosive growth and performance.
The client is keen to expand this role and invest in their people, a brand that is focused on quality, teamwork and undergoing rapid development and expansion.
The Role:
• Use your project management skills to launch innovation and promo projects
• End to end product accountability from plant trials and first runs, working with an established and dedicated wider team.
• Build effective relationships across operations, R&D, technical, legal, supply chain and copackers to ensure fluid communication on all projects.
You, The Candidate:
• Experienced project management professional, in food, drink or dietary supplements npi/technical team
• Comfortable in successfully scaling up to commercial production from lab
• Detail orientated able to understand mixing/processing instruction and batch sizing.
