My client are currently in the process of heavily investing in NPD to further their growth and and place themselves at the forefront of the market. This is an exciting time to join with all focus being on EPD and NPD within ambient.
The role:
– Still very much hands on you will be developing new and exciting recipes adapting loved products and making them your own
– Manage projects (there is a process team) overseeing critical paths and managing challenges along the way
– Propose and manage resources requirements
– Contirbuting to overall strategy through support of conceptualisation and proactive NPD
– Lead and mentor a team of technologists
Salary circa £40,000 + 10% Bonus (flex for right candidate)
